CBT can help any issue affecting your happiness including anxiety, depression, OCD, disordered eating, social anxiety, and stress. CBT teaches new useful strategies and opens up options and choices for a happier way of being, that may not have been so apparent before. CBT is generally a shorter term therapy, but it depends on the individual and the complexity of the issues.
